Spotlight - Hier VOA

I dont know anything about Hier except the fact if you take a road trip almost anywhere you will see this dude up somewhere along the way and probably multiple times. I dont know how he does it but its impressive. He also paints alot of trains and holds down a few different styles. If you see this lets get down on some footage!
