*****Proposed State Taxes***** They are trying to Pass
Our sales tax to 9.75%. That means we will be second in the country with the highest sales tax to Chicago who has 10.25%. We will be even ahead of NY who has a 8.37%.
Next time you register your car the fee is going to be doubled!!! They also proposed a 12cents per gallon gas tax.
So what does this all mean? Well every purchase you make is going to be more expensive, your spending more to fill up your tank and spending a grip more just to register your car to drive. This is some bullshit. Its time to move. Let me suggest a state that has NO sales tax!! Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon

***Note - these are the proposed new state taxes but I doubt anyone will do anything to stop this.
